Established in 2004. After working for a large national franchise, I felt there were things that could be done better but were not allowed by the existing corporate structure. I decided the best thing was to put my theories to the test and start my own company. I was told the job would take one day and it ended up taking two days. The follow-up work was supposed to be done in the morning. I wasn't notified until 10 am that morning that they were not going to come out until 12 pm that same day. I am still waiting for the itemized bill for payment. I was instructed to pay the subcontractor for extra materials and labor. I find that to be very unprofessional. No one told me this ahead of time.
