Well, I took my car in for an oil change, and I ended up paying about $2,800 for tires, brakes, shocks and struts. If I'd had no history with Ramona Tire, I would have freaked out, but I've been going there for about three years, and I trust them. They tell me when I don't need something or it can wait. I took a flat tire in one time, expecting to pay for a repair, but they told me their policy is to fix flats for free. The guys upfront are always friendly and happy to explain what is being done to my car and why.

Eric was super helpful and patient . The alignment that I went in for was not completed in the time frame I was intially given but Eric was informative and about the process . Being taking my vehicles for repairs . A couple repairs were not legit , however that is the course of doing business . Thanks Eric and Ramona tire for your service ! Cheers !
