Talk about professionals, at every turn of your journey! Delilah was our contact person at the store. She was amazing to work with and really knew her stuff. She was suffering from an accident, but still went to the yard, so we could pick our slab of granite. Great eye for detail & explained the process thoroughly. There was an error on our paperwork from Lowe's & she worked with them to help correct the errors, thank you!. Great experience. Measuring was quick and helpful. Fabrication revealed the sink I bought was too big, they resolved the issue and kept the project moving. Installation was on time and completed beautifully.

So far so good! Hank from Ramos Marble and Granite just finished measuring our kitchen for new counter tops. He spent close to 3 hours creating our template and he was meticulous at getting it just right. He was easy to work with. Asked a lot of questions to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. We are excited to see the finished product. I'll keep you posted on our project!

Horrible experience, lack of professionalism and knowlege in the industry. We went through Lowes (which Ramos was the only company they use). The template was taken and completely not cut correctly leaving 1/2 inch gap against the wall in some places. The installers then cut the granite in our home, which caused dust and a mess. I asked them to do it outside and they stated they can't. Like other reviews, they were messy, unprofessional and scratched our new sink. I was clear about my renovation plan and precise with drawings and photographs when I went to Ramos Tile for a new kitchen and bath countertop.... but after waiting 2-3 months for installation, they disregarded my plan and I ended up with what I did not want. I wanted to keep my original mid-century pink kitchen sink. They were nervous about this, but didn't say they couldn't do it. They mandated that I have a backup sink (drop-in) handy for installation. let me start by starting saying they deserve more than just 5 stars. Layla worked with me on having a piece of granite cut for bathroom back splash. Considering I was not really buying the granite from them, nor using them for any services, they still provided the upmost, and outstanding customer service. Very professional from the moment I dropped off my piece of granite till the timeI picked it up. Highly recommend.
