Randy and his team did an amazing job with our mortgage process. We had an unusual situation where the first mortgage we applied for was going horribly wrong and we needed a new one ASAP. His team worked diligently to get us through the process and underwriting in lightning speed, so we were able to meet our scheduled close date to avoid penalties by our builder. We had a couple of issues with the underwriters and Randall came to the rescue to make the problem go away. In one case he was able to get my employer to put some assurances in writing that I would have had a difficult time asking for myself.

Communication all thorough the process. Any questions i had were answered in a timely manner and explained through to my satisfaction. They came to us during the process and alerted us when the rate was best to lock in(with out us requesting to do so). We felt like they had our best interest in mind the whole time, which took less than a month to complete everything.
