I did not understand all the info you needed. When my credit report clearly showed over 800 score, no late payments. A previous customer of yours only six years ago. I felt like a lot of this process was "we need you to submit everything right this moment" and then didn't hear anything for a week at a time. I didn't really know the steps for the getting a mortgage and I felt like I was hassling you to find out what I needed to do next.

It's 2020 - everything from beginning to end should be digital. Churchill website is old and clunky.

The website used for disclosures and signing needs to be updated. It is cumbersome and difficult to navigate. It also doesn’t work with chrome.
