Randy Steed demonstrated on more than one occasion that he didn't really care about his patient. When i asked about trying other meds to help my Mom, he said he wasn't comfortable with newer meds because he didn't know much about them. Isn't that his job as a pain management specialist? Then when asked for his assistance on life insurance forms, he flat out refused to offer any help at all. Not prepared, poor communication skills
I had an appointment yesterday at 1:00 p.m. I got there at 106 and then waited for 5 minutes while they helped other people at the front desk. When I got to the front desk she told me she would have to go check with the doctor because it was 111! So she went and checked with the doctor and he said yeah he would only have 5 minutes of a visit so I would have to reschedule. Are you kidding me? After all the time we spend waiting on doctors? Not to mention my back hurts or I wouldn't be going to see him so don't think I can mov... read more
