Storage employee Mike is so awesome! He notice an issue with our unit and contacted us immediately on a Sunday no less! We were able to meet him in person and he carefully helped us. Although the issue was not as bad as we thought he went above and beyond to get us settled into a new unit. Amazing service! Treated us with kindness and respect. We are so grateful. Nice doing business with such wonderful people. Thank you!
Customer service was excellent! Both Elizabeth and Michael were welcoming and answered all my questions. Michael showed me the units and toured me to the facility. Elizabeth completed all the paperwork expeditiously and even offered recommendations about inhouse insurance and movers. The facility itself is impression: clean, orderly and well-maintained. Elizabeth the property manager is the nicest person I've ever met ❤️. She gives free cookies and sweets to kids and other people. If she wasn't the manager I would make her the manager.
When I walked in & saw the massive monitor showing security video from several angles on different floors, I knew I’d picked the right place! Elizabeth was very efficient in helping me get set up. She also patiently showed me how to use the disc lock, and the right way to slide the latch on the door. She was very detail-oriented, and I’m glad I decided to go with Randall Storage.
