I highly recommend Randi for financing or refinancing your mortgage loan. She was very flexible, punctual, knowledgeable, and willing to negotiate for my best interest. We had some small hiccups since the VA is very strict and Randi was able to work through the issues with the underwriters to make sure the close date was met. :)

At first I was afraid, I was petrified not knowing what to do in this process. Buying a home for the first time can be overwhelming. I recently purchased my first home following a short-sale in the disastrous year of 2011. Outside of the short mortgage loans (a first & second), my credit was perfect and income was no issue.
