Randi makes the difference. I felt like she really cared about me and my families' needs. In fact, I would venture to say that she is now a member of my family. lol I was having issues gathering documents and uploading and she actually left her pilati class to come to my home and help me to upload because I am slow with computers and my teenage daughter wasn't home. That's just one example of how her service spills over. I can actually go on and on. I will refer everyone I know to Randi.
