Outstanding care and treatment
Dr Plansky listened to the situation we had and gave us an alternative treatment to consider. She was very kind and soft spoken to the patient who had some medical issues, making him comfortable. Her assistant was also patient and made my cousin feel very comfortable. The office is bright and calming as her staff.
Dr Plansky spent her time to listen my concern and advice on different options in professional and thorough ways that I feel she cares and helpful and I can trust her.
Dr. Plansky took the time to go over the implant procedure and all the risks. She gave me time to ask questions and really paid attention to pain management. Her novocaine injections were barely noticeable. The implant procedure was painless and quick. Jazz the assistant held my hand and kept me calm. They called me the next day to check on me and left me with clear instructions on how to care for the surgical sight. Billing was simple-they only charged the estimated portion I would be responsible for after insurance covered... read more
