We had a situation regarding changing from a condominium to a single family. Took some time but Randy's team nailed it! Randy was very patient and knowledgeable.
Randy was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and would always answer our questions, no matter how many times we would ask the same one. If we could not reach him immediately, he always returned our phone and/or text messages usually within the hour. He explained everything that was being done so we would know where we were in the process. Highly recommend him!
He went above and beyond to make sure the deal went through, even with a complicated situation. He spent countless hours on the phone and txt to answer questions and get the deal done.
Working with Randy was a breeze and made everything go by easily. All of your questions will be answered in a polite manner and Randy will make sure you understand everything. If you have a financial situation where you think purchasing a home would be difficult Randy will have a solution. I cannot say enough good things about my experience.
Property was an issue and he did what was needed to do to process the loan and get it handled. The loan took longer than expected for the process, but there were property issues to work thru.
Randy was extremely responsive for our out of state move and consistently stayed in contact with every bump and turn of this process. I'm self-employed and my SO is employed out of state and there were issues however Randy worked hard to help us with everything!!
Randy has excellent communication and very diligent. He did everything he could to get us the house of our dreams. Randy will be our go to lender going forward.
