Randy and Bonnie were great personally to work with but I feel the info needed to settle could have been better. I did not get the amount of money I needed to bring to settlement until very late and then there was miscommunication between the lawyer, realtor and mortgage company so the actual day of settlement was more stressful than it really should have been. But like I said, Randy a few times did run numbers for a couple of the houses I wanted to put an offer (mostly over the weekend) and he never once made me feel bad ab... read more

Given the complexity of the process, I cant really think of anything that stands out. It took really about 2 years since we had some credit repair to do that was created by a 3rd party affecting my qualifying credit. I would say have a few good points of contact for areas you would work in to do closings, appraisals etc. Saves the client having to scramble for someone without much knowledge in who is a good fit.
