LeaderOne was a great company to work alongside with for buying my wife and I’s first home. They were helpful answering every question we threw at them and were very clear with the different steps of the process, especially with being a first time home buyer. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality experience in the buying process!
We had a little bit of an issue in the beginning with the loan being made for the wrong amount but they did compensate for their mistake and try to do everything in their power to make it right. Communication might be better over the phone a little more instead of e-mail only, so questions can be asked and answered as a first time home buyer I was asking other people a lot of questions to figure out the whole process. Overall the experience ended up turning out good.
Joe spitz was amazing throughout the entire experience and even years before. He was fast, efficient, thorough and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend using leader one and especially Joe. My house closed 2 weeks before expected.
Joe was able to make that loan happen when no one else even tried because it was too hard. If you have a business he is the one to go see.
