I had an excellent experience with all three therapists at Rankin. They were all very professional and knowledgeable in the physical therapy I needed and received. They were very skilled, diligent, resourceful, caring, compassionate, patient, attentive, supportive and friendly. Their guidance and instructions were always easy to follow. The therapy was outstanding and truly made a difference.

Great experience and goals met with Lisa, Annie, and Brian at the Shepherdstown location. Not so much with Courtney. Courtney was always giving more attention to her wedding-planning elements than to my physical therapy. Overall, I am very satisfied with my recovery results. Thank you!

I have been in therapy before, but this was my first time at Rankin Physical Therapy!! I will say that from now on if and when I need therapy again, I will definitely go back to Rankin Physical Therapy in Shepherdstown!!!
