Rosenberg/Richmond location By far the worst ER I have had the displeasure of visiting. My 2 month old son was incredibly sick with fever, and lethargy. There was zero sense of urgency from the staff. They came in to take vital signs and were joking amongst themselves as my family and I anxiously watched. When labs were ordered the nurse could not start and IV or draw labs. She went to fetch the ultrasound machine and did not have the code to unlock the device. We brought our daughter to RapidCare in Montgomery, TX around 1 a.m. because she wasn’t feeling well. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful—kind, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth during a stressful time. Once we were taken to the back, we were met by a technician who took our daughter’s vitals. While we understand efforts to comfort children, he continued trying to get her to talk even though she clearly wasn’t feeling well, which delayed us seeing the doctor.
