RecommendedI had to go on yesterday. Lady at the front desk was helpful and nice. All of the staff were very friendly. The nurse was very patient and answers my thousand questions. The x ray technician was very helpful with my Covid test. I had upper respiratory infection. I was given a breathing treatment, a steroid, chest x ray and cough medication. I felt very comfortable with the staff. I will recommend this RapidCare ER to all of my friends and family. Hope all of the staff and doctor have a Happy New Year. 🙂

RecommendedWe had exceptional care from the first call to discharge. I don’t remember all of the names but Dustin, Jan and Vivian were all very kind and professional. Our visit was Covid related and our medical issues required monitoring for an extended period of time. The compassion and concern as we saw so many patients treated was impressive. RecommendedI took my husband there when he was very sick with Covid. Because I was also positive they let me stay with him. They were able to do all the necessary diagnostic testing including rapid Covid test, chest X-ray, CT scan with contrast, blood work, ultrasound, and everything necessary to diagnose his symptoms. i brought my 4 month old baby girl in because she had a rash that was continuing to spread and fast. i was worried she was having an allergic reaction to something. our nurse (didn’t get her name) was super friendly and very good with my daughter. the facility was completely empty so i’m not sure why we had to wait 30 minutes for him to come in but when the doctor (Dr. O) FINALLY came in he tried to tell me that the rash all over her body was a diaper rash and to “follow up with her dermatologist.” he was extremely rude and... read more

This is the worst ER I ever visit. Took more than one hour for the Doctor to check on me and ask me the same question that the receptionist an nurse asked me.
Went in and clearly told them I was dehydrated from stomach upset. I was expecting to receive fluids and possibly some IV loperamide. But all I got was a Covid test and antibiotics and pushed out the door.
