Mosy choose it for the ease of fast financing with company relocation and auto reimbursement through GRA. Otherwise I think local branches / banks typically do a better job. Also GRA had issues with accepting the quality of the appraisals that probably would have been much faster with local branches and banks familiar with the market and appraisers. It almost jeopardized my closing on time.
