This is my second home financed through Primary Residential Mortgage using Retail Branch Manager Rarni Schultz, for good reason. In a job where its hard to make a difference, I felt I was dealing with an incredibly competent, reliable, and efficient person, who also personable, trustworthy, and down-to-earth. You meet a lot of great people in your walk of life, but Ms. Schultz exceeded my expectations. The whole process with Primary Residential Mortgage was smooth and professional.

Rarni was incredibly prompt getting our initial approval letter and was always patient with my wife and I as we asked tons of questions concerning our first mortgage and home purchase.
