Rarni was always very helpful in explaining what we needed and why we needed documents we gave to the lender. She was always available to answer questions and would return our calls even when she was out of the office. She is very pleasant and helpful. Rarni really took the time and went above and beyond to help my fiancé and I. She called us in and helped us get all our documents in order herself because she knew we were having difficulties. Being first-time buyers, we weren't very familiar with the process, but Rarni explained everything to us each step of the way. She was responsive to emails and phone calls whenever we had questions. Better communication, more work on their end. I spent hours on the phone getting documentation, links etc. Felt that I did more of the work then they did and was frustrated the entire time.
