It sounds cliche but he's a listener. Once you're in his process he goes out of his way to keep you informed. He hasn't ever given us a reason to say "hey, have you heard from Al lately?" Andrew was referred to us by our real estate agent. He made the whole process from start to finish extremely easy. He was always available and always answered his phone to answer any questions we had. Buying a home is a very stressful time and the knowledge that Andrew has took a lot of that stress away.
