Joseph helped me every minute of the way. If I had any questions, concerns at any time of the day- he was available always by email and phone. He reworked my loan to where I was comfortable and fought for me to get the best rate possible- even helped me improve my credit score. This was a refinance. Done late in the year and while I had plans to leave the country. Overall it was done quickly with no major hangups. Will use again when we want to drop our rate again.
