I don't think we ever had to wait more than 5 minutes for Al to respond to any call or email. He was exceedingly friendly, patient, and responsive. We have already recommended him to friends and will continue to do so!

My husband & I closed on a 2 bedroom condo in North Center. John and his team made the loan process seamless and the constant open communication was appreciated. We just completed our 5th mortgage loan with Petya having assisted our adult children as well as our home loan and subsequent refi. Petya has been great each time assisting with the challenges of being self employed. Petya is very organized and clearly communicates what documentation will be required.
