Ian is professional, organized, and was very attentive from start to finish. Ian gave us all of the information we needed in a spreadsheet that was easy to understand. When we had questions, Ian and his team got back to us very quickly. They worked hard to get everything in order for our closing date. Patrick was wonderful to work with. I contacted him 3 years before I bought my first home. At the time, he explained where I needed to be financially to get the best rates and how to get there. He stayed on the phone for an hour answering all of my first-time home buyer questions. Let me tell you, this guy knows the market! After a few years, I gave him a call back as I was FINALLY ready to buy a home. He walked me through all of my options, never pressured me and answered every question thoughtfully.

I've found Guaranteed Rate always provides the best, no points rates which is only one reason I've used and recommended them more than once. Kyle's team also provide a low priced, quick and easy loan application and approval process. My refinanced closed in half the time of my original home purchase loan due to the technology added to the GR platform.
