Kelly, was very knowledgeable, more than patient. I had a ton of questions via email/text/phone. She was quick to reply. I had a lot to learn about the mortgage process and had options to pick from, and ultimately went with Kelly because of her transparency. She was upfront and honest and didn't beat around the bush. I plan to keep working with her when ever I need these services again, and plan to refer her to anyone who has an ear to hear and is looking for a lender.
