Teresa Metheny helped us every step of the way, and we had a lot of issues because we had to back out of our first contract due to a failed home inspection. She answered all our questions day, night, or weekend- and even was there at our closing, which she didn’t need to attend! We cannot thank her enough, and we made a great friend in the process. Teresa was great to work with! She’s the type of person to call you on the phone and explain everything, and she was available at all times of the day. She is so nice, supportive, and gets the job done. I highly recommend her to ANYONE, whether buying or refinancing. As a first time home buyer, she helped make the process a little less scary. We were able to get my loan processed and cleared within 15 days!! I will ALWAYS use Teresa for now on.
