Matt was awesome. He very quickly was able to update my pre approval letter from 7 months prior in order for us to make an offer 1 day after the house was showing. Then, he beat our best loan offer by getting us $8k in grant money. He stuck with us through 5 months of probate and did not try to sell us on expensive relooks. When we were finally able to close, Matt still got us the $8k in grants and beat our other rate offers. Michelle also did a great job and was very timely with our underwriting.
