Guaranteed Rate Affinity and Mike Wagner will get the job done. I’ve used them in numerous situations and during my most recent home purchase in this difficult economic environment, Wagner was flexible, creative, knowledgeable, and when the challenges seem high, he just gets the job done. On time, sometimes early and usually without surprises. I’d go with Wagner again without even shopping around because I know he’ll listen to my goals and get me where I need to go with the best financial products available.
Marc was on his game the entire process. Anticipating all questions I had with a solution, and set expectations that he followed through on perfectly. Marc goes above and beyond for his clients and I've had more than a few loans with him. I'll never shop around as long as Marc is in the business.

Jerry Dupaw and his team bent over backwards to make our deal happen. Found ways to Navigate Rate matching other lenders, dealing with a bad VA appraiser, renegotiating a rate lock mid process, navigating difficult sellers attorneys and a Title company system crash the day before closing causing us to have to E-Close in 2 different locations after hours. Absolute Rock stars over there and quite Frankly Jerry needs to be promoted. The guy is a wizard.
