My wife and I were working with Ross from out of state, but he saw it through! He was involved every step of the way, providing guidance and prompt attention to get the process finished professionally and on time. We especially liked the ability to submit and review documents through their web portal as well as e-sign, since we both work and are out of state. When the time comes to refi or purchase another home, we’re looking up Ross!
