Guaranteed did a great job responding to my questions and wrapping up the underwriting/loan. However, there were tons of emails and by nature filtering and keeping track of them was difficult. I think a secured message service within the Guaranteed Rate Portal would be beneficial.

Strong communication. Every step of the way we were kept in the loop and updated. Also, we felt that team was super polite and constantly working to get us the best deal possible. Multiple options were explored. Felt like GR cared. Also, availability was awesome. Night, weekends, it did not matter, GR was available to answer questions and provide updates.
