The agent I worked with was thorough and responded very quickly to my questions. She worked with me through a number of scenarios to help me obtain the loan. I also loved the online system and ability to upload and download documents and sign electronically. On the not so positive side, and I admit I haven't had to go for a mortgage loan in many years, the amount of paperwork and the number of questions seemed onerous. Made me wonder if going through my own bank would have been easier that way.
