Service was excellent but the most 2 important factors: great rates comparing with other lenders and timing: he was able to finish all paper loans and do the closing within 2 weeks, 2 weeks from submitting application till closing which is excellent . Very professional, highly recommended

Steve was great! He was very available, informative and worked to get us the best deal. He sent us monthly projections for several properties while we were home shopping. He answered all of our questions, even at off hours and made sure we were comfortable during the process of making such a large purchase. Our loan closed very quickly with Steve’s help.
