Cathy & her team are wonderful to work with. All of the questions we had were always answered in a timely manner. They make sure you understand the process. Once we had a signed contract we got to lock in our rate. Which was wonderful because we were working with another bank but they were unresponsive & unreliable. Highly recommend Cathy & her team! You will not regret it. Even after we closed we need help with our HOI they immediately got back to us with a contact. Excellent customer service! 10 out 10!
I’ve been lucky to work with Dianne two different times. She goes above and beyond for you. The first time working with her, she worked with me for a year before I purchased a home and helped me with letting me know exactly what I needed to do to get my credit good and ready for a home. I was originally working another lender and was set to close on 04/03. At the last minute on 03/23 that lender decided they were not going to honor their pre-approval they gave me to use for offers. My realtor recommended Blaise and let me tell you he literally moved mountains and hills and valleys to secure me a new loan (with a lower interest rate I might add).
