I would recommend Kamna for the loan process because she is focused on getting you the loan with the best rate. I also had some issue with my loan with the property coming under the flood zone, she worked very hard to prove that it does not come under the flood zone and helped me get my loan cleared.
I have never purchased a home before, so being a first time home buyer I didn't know what to expect. I constantly had questions everyday about something new. Ravi was so good and patient with the fact that I had a new question daily. He walked me through the process, and even sent update videos periodically.
