I have worked with several lenders in the past and Souad was by far the best one I have worked with. She was always available to answer my questions and make sure I was fully aware of what was going on. Not all sales are easy and we had some bumps along the way and Souad was quick to make everything work out for us. She is very compassionate and caring, she never made me feel like she was trying to just close a deal I always felt like she wanted to make sure we would be doing what was best for our family.
Petya was sharp as a razor when it came to handling our loan. She knew the answer to every question we asked, was a wealth of knowledge, communicated extremely well and worked FAST. Thanks to Petya we were able to close 5 days early. Would 1,000% use again.

Tom took his time to explain every detail of the process ensuring that getting the loan was easy for us even as we were first time buyers with a not-so-great credit score.
We had the smoothest buying/mortgage experience we could possibly imagine. Eric and his team were very personable, always available for questions and any hour/weekend, and were fun to work with. Eric and team were able to get us a pre-approval same day so we could get our offer in quickly and the mortgage cleared for settlement 20+ days faster than our previous mortgage. Would highly recommend Eric and we would definitely use him again if we ever decided to move.
Nick was amazing. We needed to switch lenders ten days prior to close, and he made sure it happened. The first time I spoke with him, he explained how we could do it, and was so wonderful actually spending time and making sure I understood how the process was going to happen (which was SO much more than we got from our other lender). By the end of the day, he had an inspection scheduled. I seriously cannot recommend Nick enough, or give him enough stars!!! He and his team were absolutely incredible - and, we closed on time.
Jon guided me through the home buying process from beginning to end. Even when unique challenges presented themselves Jon reassured me he would work diligently to resolve them and he did exactly that. He was timely and transparent throughout the entire deal. She is very easy to work with. Extremely helpful and ver professional. She explains things in a way that is so easy to understand. I would recommend Ms Cooper for any of your needs in refinancing or buying.
