This is the second time I go through Guaranteed Rate for a mortgage. I have had the pleasure with working with two of the best VPs of lending in both separate occasions Neal and Maria are amazing, attentive, communicative, and alway have the best interest of their client in mind. The process was challenging both times but having them in my corner made it so much smoother to navigate through. I would highly recommend both of them for any loan or mortgage needs. Very easy to work with. Only thing I would say could have been better is being told the specific rules around timing of various steps. Ex: in NY apparently there needs to be at least 3 business days between Clear to Close and the closing date.
