Well, its not really anything that can be fixed. Randy and Ashley were great, very informative and helpful and even emotionally supportive when I was afraid I might have to pull the plug on this whole process. It was just a lot of stress finding all the necessary paperwork and verifications in the time alotted. I'm sure it's not always like that and it's really nobody's fault.
