My lending agent Ms. Blonnel, was on top of everything and was always guiding me through the process physically and emotionally, with paperwork and made sure I understood correctly. For the most part it was a good process. My main objection was having to pay for an appraisal after being told one was not required. Then, after it was done at my expense it did not even have a monetary valuation of the property.

Wasn’t Gaurantee but the underwriters just kept asking for more and more documentation. I felt they thought I was lying about things that were true and documented.

The process of getting to closing was extremely challenging. I think it was the lender that had the loan program we needed, and so really, my feedback for GR is that your loan officer, Kenzie, was amazing and really fought for us and she is likely the only reason we were able to get this done. The lender, however, was 0/10, would not recommend, and will actively discourage people I know from banking with Huntington.
