I’m normally one of those people who dread any sort of application let alone the daunting task of one for a house purchase but Brian Fletcher at Guaranteed Rate is the most efficient and creative mortgage person I’ve ever met! Brin went out of his way to keep us informed and found ways to expedite our loan while also making it more affordable. I can’t recommend him highly enough and will be referring all family and friends. I’ve found my mortgage now and I won’t be changing!
