Got connected very last minute when shopping for rates after winning the bid on my house. Locked me into a good rate before talking and before the rates took a huge jump that day, essentially shutting the door on other lenders. Was very easy to reach and responded quickly. He gets how much of a hard time this is as a buyer and brought a very measured confidence and tone to the whole experience. Highly recommend.
