Petya is the best, I went to tree mortgage brokers wasted so much time and finally Petya got it done. GO with Petya , trust me she got a loan done 3 others could not. This industry is full of inept agents who will waste your time so go with the best. She is super knowledgable and answers any question in a simple to understand language. Her team is also great, they really hustled to meet deadlines.
Mike was wonderful to work with, extremely responsive (even on weekends and while on vacation). We put in offers on multiple homes and delays to our final settlement but Mike worked with us to ensure everything was in order. Would highly recommend.
