Ravi and his team were great to work with. They responded to my emails usually within the hour, Ravi was always available by text and phone call, and they answered all my questions. We had the loan clear to close in less than two weeks, which was was a stunning and happy surprise. Guaranteed Rate also had the lowest interest rate of the 5 or so quotes I received. Would work with them again!

David is insanely easy to work with. The process of buying a house is not great and David made it a lot less stressful by being there 24/7 to answer any questions and explain everything in great detail. Very transparent and trustworthy. David and his firm actually got me more earnest money back at closing than what we paid. We closed on time, David attended the closing, and everything was very easy.
