Ambrose will do whatever it takes legally to get your loan closed. The first time we bought a house, it was a long process. We used a different lender and it wasn't the best experience. The 2nd time was a breeze and it was because we had Ambrose. His team is very responsive and always went the extra mile for us. Tim helped us secure our mortgage for our first home in August 2020. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and resourceful. He explained complex concepts to us home-shopping neophytes in clear, elucidating ways. Ultimately, he got us the loan option that worked best for us. Mr. Ling and the team are awesome. They helped and patiently guided me through the entire process. They stayed available and in constant contact during a couple of evenings when paperwork needed to be done on time. And they were clear about what they were going to do, and they did it. Michael handled my mortgage for a purchase in 2019 and a refinancing in 2022. The system they use is very efficient, easy to upload and provide information, without having to bring paper work in. Would highly recommend Michael. Very pleasant as well as the associates that process the paperwork.
