Tanya is the best! She helped guide our family buy our first home. Any question we had was answered or explained. From the pre qualifying stage to closing and even after. She gave us a few estimated scenarios and they were spot on. And even got us a lower rate than quoted. We are grateful to have no surprise costs or fees added to our mortgage. I would recommend Tanya over and over again because she truly cares about her clients.
