I was referred to Stephan and once I got working with him, he was always available and willing to help out. He makes it easy for you to understand the loan and walks you through the process diligently. He was supportive of you and works to get you the best rate possible. The reason my rate turned out higher than I expected was that the property taxes was estimated lower than expected. It didn't surprised me too much. The loan overall was a good experience and would work with Stephen again. Will recommend.
Although I never met Josh, or his team, we communicated through phone calls and email, he and his team were very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Even at the end, when I thought the bank might have sold our information to a marketing firm as we get hit with lots of junk mail, Josh called me the next morning and assured me that it was due to the public filing, that his bank would never do that.
