I contacted Michael to find out about rates and determine a way to refinance my home so that I 1. pay less overall interest and 2. Move from a 30 year fixed to a 15 year fixed. Michael paid attention to my goals, was always available for questions, and very knowledgeable about the loan products in terms of their pros and cons. He simply offered me what he thought was best for my situation without pressure. When I was ready, Michael made sure the process went smoothly. Overall, a great experience.
