I was looking for a place since January and Savvas provided me with a lot of pre-approval letters. He was available even on the weekends, either through texts or emails. His team was very responsive too, if one person didn’t reply, the other would follow up with me. They have an agreement with mass housing, you should check it out

Ryan pre-qualified me fast. Mine was complicated because it was a second home so had higher rates. I felt like he really put effort into getting me the best rate and explaining things. He was also very very responsive. Even after hours! I would definitely use him again.

We were turned down by another lender and Katrina was able to help us to get approved! The Condo we fell in love with, was very difficult to get FHA approve. We had to extend Escrow 3 times! Luckily Katrina was our lender and she worked hard to get us the loan. Kattina really understands her work, I am sure that without her we would not have been able to buy the home of our dreams. I highly recommend her.
