I had the good fortune of working with Kamna and her team to refinance my home recently. The experience was simply excellent. Tim is great to work with. He completed two new mortgages for us in the past year--one new purchase and one refinance after rates dropped further. Both he and his team are super responsive throughout the process. The Guaranteed Rate app is also easy to use and makes the closing process simple.
