We had an unusual situation and had been “preapproved” by three different lenders only to be told we weren’t approved after all. Our real estate agent sent us to Dianne and after we explained the situation she told us what everyone else had told us, that they could get us financed. Dianne worked on our loan and kept us informed every step of the way. She got our loan approved and we just closed on our home! I just wish we had gone to Dianne first!
