The loan process with Joshua was very straight forward and I did not have to worry about his company getting me the lowest rates available with my good credit history. His staff was very helpful and answered all my questions satisfactorily. Communications were top-notch and Joshua and his team had my loan package ready by the closing date. Everything went flawlessly and there were no last minute surprises. Got a much better deal than I would have with USAA.

John and his team do wonderful work. He was able to help me secure a VA mortgage without issue and later refinance at a lower rate. Lending fees were nominal compared to other companies. He is my first call and referral to friends and family.

Excellent experience! I loved the convenience to be able to manage everything via computers/phones. Beyond that, Melissa was only a text, email, or phone call away when I wanted to speak to someone or needed more information. I would definitely go through Homebridge for future home loans.
