This was my first home buying experience. What really complicated things was that I decided to purchase a new construction home during a pandemic. Needles to say there were many delays along with the paperwork and stress that comes with buying a home. Kelly walked me through this process with kid gloves. She guided me through each step and answered any questions I had. Thank you Kelly, you are a true professional in your field. Oh, did I forget to mention a great since of humor as well !!
Eli and his team at LoanDepot were great to work with! Eli was communicative, patient and explained everything excellently. A huge surprise was that our rate was lower than expected and did not cost extra! We came to the closing table very calm and prepared. We would certainly recommend Eli.
