Mike and his team were incredibly efficient throughout the entire lending process. Jake is very informed in real estate, the market and even has sound financial advise. Jake did a great job of explaining each process and answering our questions. I was also impressed with how he was available most times to pick up the phone, we felt like we were the only couple he was working with. James pre-approved me over the phone in less than thirty minutes. Everything else after that went just as smoothly! Communication was effortless and I had a few things I had to email or drop off at his office. This is my fifth time buying a home and this by far has been the best process I have been through.

Our realtor recommended we work with Al and told us he is “the man”. She was right! He is so knowledgeable and clearly communicates the many complicated steps of the mortgage process. He and his team are completely on top of the process, provide detailed follow up on what they need and willing to patiently provide reminders if they need to. Alexander was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. My lender, Dan Gjeldum was top notch. He was very professional and and likewise personable and responsive. He seemed to care about me as a person. He kept his promises about following up with me and keeping me informed through the process. I think he was very astute and I ended up with a good mortgage rate.
