This is my second time Using Joe and Guaranteed Rate and as always Joe was knowledgeable, offered and explained multiple options and was always available for questions throughout the process. Guaranteed Rate has streamlined and perfected the mortgage and closing process with their web portal and document signing interface. My Rate was lower than expected and I am extremely satisfied with the service from Joe and Guaranteed Rate. I would definitely, without hesitation, use Guaranteed Rate again.

Al was an excellent resource to work with during the mortgage process. He was extremely thorough and responsive to all the small and big questions I had. It took me a long time to find a house, so he was very patient with me, but always reached out to me consistently to keep me posted on the interest rates and to let me know he was available to help.
